Web Advertising Banner Sizes

Web advertising is one of those things that comes as part of the job for a web designer, be it designing ads for a client or having to leave space for advertising on a site design. One thing I have trouble with is remembering the all standardised or commonly used sizes, so this one is as much for my reference as it is for anyone who stumbles onto this page.
